Build enterprise generative AI systems grounded in private data, controlled model access and production-grade evaluation.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

From technical
decision to system.

  1. 01
    Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise knowledge and agentic systems.
  2. 02
    Build ingestion, chunking, retrieval, reranking, context assembly and model-routing pipelines.
  3. 03
    Create evaluation frameworks for quality, grounding, safety, latency and reliability.
  4. 04
    Implement guardrails, access controls and traceability around sensitive enterprise data and model usage.
  5. 05
    Integrate generative AI capabilities into existing applications, workflows and enterprise systems.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Depth, judgement
and ownership.

  1. 01
    Strong Python and software engineering capability with experience building AI-enabled applications.
  2. 02
    Practical understanding of LLM behavior, embeddings, retrieval systems, prompt / context design and evaluation.
  3. 03
    Experience working with APIs, databases, vector retrieval or enterprise data sources.
  4. 04
    Ability to think critically about failure modes, hallucination, security, privacy and operational constraints.
  5. 05
    Comfort testing multiple technical approaches and defending choices with evidence.
