Cookie policy

1. Scope

This policy explains storage and access technologies used on iveon.ai, including cookies, local browser storage and comparable technologies that may store information on or access information from your device.

It should be read together with the Privacy policy. The Privacy policy explains the wider processing of personal data; this Cookie policy focuses on device storage, consent choices and the website's Analytics and Advertising controls.

2. Our consent categories

IVEON separates website technologies into Necessary, Analytics and Advertising purposes. Necessary remains active for essential website, security and consent functions. Analytics and Advertising are controlled separately.

Under IVEON's current website policy, optional Analytics and Advertising technologies are not enabled simply because you arrive on the website. You can accept all, reject non-essential purposes or manage each optional category through the consent interface.

• Necessary — website operation, security, anti-abuse protection, consent recording and related essential functions.
• Analytics — optional measurement used to understand visits and interactions and improve the website.
• Advertising — optional advertising-related measurement, audience or delivery technologies where a corresponding integration is configured.

3. Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support functions that IVEON treats as required for reliable delivery, security, form protection and management of your privacy choices. They are not switched off through the optional consent controls.

• iveon_cookie_consent — local browser storage containing the consent-policy version, Necessary/Analytics/Advertising choices, decision time and locale; retained for up to 180 days unless replaced or removed earlier.
• IVEON Cookie Backend session and consent-state mechanisms — technical storage and identifiers used to initialise or maintain the consent flow and record the applicable consent state.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-abuse technology used on public forms to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated traffic.
• Website delivery and security mechanisms — technologies that may be required for routing, availability, abuse prevention or other essential service functions.

4. Analytics

Analytics is optional under IVEON's current website consent model. It is activated only when the applicable Analytics choice permits it.

The IVEON measurement layer may process approved events such as page_view, landing_view, cta_click and outbound_click with a restricted set of contextual parameters. IVEON's tracking policy is designed to prevent public form-field content from being used as Analytics event parameters.

If an external Analytics vendor is configured, its scripts or tags must remain subject to the Analytics consent state and the website's technical gating rules.

5. Advertising

Advertising is optional and separate from Analytics. It is activated only when the applicable Advertising choice permits it and only where an advertising integration has been configured.

The consent layer can support advertising consent signals for technologies such as Google advertising services or Meta Pixel. Technical support for an integration does not mean that the integration is active at all times.

A configured advertising technology must remain blocked or restricted as required while Advertising consent is denied. Analytics consent alone does not authorise Advertising.

6. Default state and your choices

Before a valid optional choice is available, IVEON's current consent configuration treats non-essential Analytics and Advertising as denied by default.

Rejecting non-essential technologies keeps Necessary enabled and leaves Analytics and Advertising denied. Accepting all enables the optional categories made available by the current consent policy. Manage preferences allows you to control Analytics and Advertising separately.

7. Changing or withdrawing consent

You can reopen the preference interface at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. You can then review, grant, refuse or withdraw Analytics and Advertising choices.

When consent is reduced, the site applies the new restrictions. Where technically appropriate, known first-party tracking storage associated with the withdrawn category may also be cleared.

Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful where it was lawful at the time it occurred.

8. Consent duration and policy versions

A saved website consent choice is valid for up to 180 days unless you change it earlier.

IVEON versions its consent policy. If the applicable policy changes in a way that requires a new decision, a stored choice from an older consent version may no longer be treated as current and the website may ask you to choose again.

9. Third-party technologies

Cloudflare services support website delivery and security, including Turnstile on public forms.

Google, Meta or another Analytics or Advertising technology is not permitted to run merely because the website's consent layer technically supports that vendor. The relevant integration must be configured and the corresponding consent requirements must be satisfied.

Third-party technologies may set or access their own identifiers once lawfully activated. Their own privacy information may provide additional detail about their processing.

10. Cookies are not the only technology covered

Modern websites can store or access information through technologies other than traditional HTTP cookies, including local storage, scripts, tags and pixels. IVEON therefore uses the term 'cookies and similar technologies' broadly in this policy.

The same consent and purpose-separation principles described here apply to comparable storage or access mechanisms used for Analytics or Advertising.

11. Browser controls

Your browser may allow you to delete or block cookies and local storage. Browser-level blocking can affect website functionality and does not replace the website preference interface for recording a current IVEON consent choice.

If you clear browser storage, change browser profile or use another device, the website may no longer have access to your previous local preference and may ask you to choose again.

12. Changes to this policy

IVEON may update this policy when technologies, vendors, consent rules or the website change. Where a change affects the basis on which optional technologies are used, the consent interface or consent-policy version may also be updated as required.
