Build for
production reality.

Lead the design and implementation of production AI systems that combine models, software, data, orchestration and enterprise integration.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

From technical
decision to system.

  1. 01
    Design end-to-end AI solutions around real business workflows and operating constraints.
  2. 02
    Build production services using large language models, agentic patterns, retrieval, APIs and enterprise integrations where appropriate.
  3. 03
    Make architecture decisions across application logic, model access, data flow, evaluation, observability and deployment.
  4. 04
    Work with engineering and delivery teams to move systems from prototype to dependable production operation.
  5. 05
    Review technical approaches, challenge weak assumptions and raise engineering quality across the work.

    Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build maintainable production systems.

    Hands-on experience with modern AI / ML systems, APIs, distributed services or enterprise integration.

    Comfort reasoning across architecture, data, infrastructure, security and model behavior rather than treating them as separate problems.
  4. 04
    Clear technical communication, sound judgement and ownership of outcomes.
  5. 05
    A bias toward measurable system quality over impressive demonstrations.
